“I have worked with many different trainers in the past, but none of them have helped me reach my goals...until I started working with Michelle. “I am a 63 year old woman who will be retiring soon. I have been overweight for most of my life and have tried all kinds of diets and weight loss programs, including Weight Watchers. "I have been working with Michelle Berry since November of 2010. When I started I was concerned about my health and weight. She took a sincere interest in my story. She developed a specific plan just for me. After the first year I hit a plateau with the weight loss and couldn’t seem to get past it. Michelle suggested I change my eating habits. Now, nutrition, exercise, strength, balancing and overall health is a regular part of each of my workout sessions. I have managed to keep the 30 pounds off with some minor ups and downs with Michelle’s support, help and encouragement. She is motivating, encouraging, organized, and flexible. She always holds me accountable. She develops an overall realistic plan that is suited for my goals and needs. I am continuously getting stronger and healthier.
I also am a regular member of a small group fitness she trains that meets on Thursdays for circuit-type training. "I have been one of Michelle's clients for a year and a half doing mostly small group training, but also some individual sessions. Michelle is very good at assessing a person's current fitness level, goals, and motivation level and creates plans tailor-made for her clients. She is very adept at motivating me and knows just how hard to push without being too over the top. She is extremely knowledgeable not to mention has a great personality which makes working out fun, especially when you see results. I have had the opportunity to work with Michelle for over a year. I started working with general fitness as a goal. At my initial assessment we learned how unstable my core and balance were. A gradual training program from the basics started. I learned how to properly do a lunge, develop my core, and progress to improved fitness and cardio. I signed up for the most recent 90 day challenge and weighed in at a staggering 231 pounds. With Michelle's coaching we ended the 90 day at 199 pounds.”

“I began working with Michelle shortly after becoming pregnant. My goals were not the same as most clients as I was not trying to lose or maintain weight. In fact, I knew I would be gaining a lot of weight and my body image would change dramatically. During my initial consultation with Michelle, I shared with her my goals to have a natural childbirth and to be both physically and mentally prepared for the emotional and physical distress. Michelle was extremely supportive of my goal and began working on plans to build physical strength & balance while maintaining a healthy pregnancy.
I worked with Michelle twice a week throughout my entire pregnancy. In fact, I was in the gym Monday, May 16th and I gave birth to my daughter Wednesday, May 18th. Michelle created fun yet challenging sessions for me which did increase my strength and balance and also my mental strength as she coached and encouraged me to complete each set within the session.
Working with Michelle, not only met my expectations, but exceeded them. When I spoke to other pregnant women, they often complained about physical pain and discomfort. I had an exceptional pregnancy with no body aches or pains and I credit that to the wonderful physical health I maintained with direct guidance and supervision from Michelle. I also met my goal of having an all natural pregnancy. My body had the strength and endurance it needed to get through each contraction; and the mental strength to breathe and cope with each contraction. After a twelve hour labor, we were introduced to our beautiful and healthy daughter. Thanks to all the training I did during pregnancy, my body was then ready to meet the needs of our precious baby.”

"It was my good fortune to meet Michelle in April 2015 when she volunteered to participate in the health fair event I was implementing for my employer. In June that year, Michelle offered an informative and complimentary nutritional class. She had me hooked with her knowledge, and with her fun personality. I knew I wanted to have her by my side on this up-hill climb. With Michelle’s guidance I went from 117 lbs to 103 lbs on my 5’1”, 64-year-old frame. My weight doesn’t waiver, as in increase, due to the satisfying nutritional life I now lead and love. Equally as important is that I feel great, and I look great.
Michelle and I had much work ahead of us from me not drinking nearly enough water, to smarter eating habits, and the best foods for the body to thrive on. I received an invaluable education from her on every nutritional level.
Michelle also reaches out to her clients on an emotional level. She knows the commitment we need to make for this to be a success for ourselves, and she wants it for us as much as we do. She is supportive, and remindful of the importance of self-compassion and a positive state of mind.
