I still remember the first time I practiced yoga...I hated it! It was too slow paced for me, I wasn't sweating enough, and I felt bored as I stared at the clock waiting for class to end. Thankfully, I decided to give it another chance. While studying abroad in Bali in Spring 2014, I developed a newfound love for yoga. Now, I crave it!
I've learned a lot on my yoga mat...I've offered blessings, learned to be proud of myself, creatively manifested visions, and embraced the heart of yoga so passionately. Yoga has taught me to be strong yet gentle, to slow down in this fast-paced life of ours, to take a deep breath and appreciate every moment. I learn something new about this world every time I practice yoga and I'm still continuing to learn. It excites me to help others find their heart and purpose through yoga.
My steady pace, creative sequencing, and attention to detail encourages students of every background to move mindfully into their bodies. I will educate and empower you by teaching subtle body movements in a way everyone understands, allowing for greater awareness on and off the mat. You will leave feeling grounded, clear, and content.
